3. Refund Eligibility

Reat AI generally does not offer refunds for subscriptions once a payment has been processed. However, we may consider refund requests under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error.
  • Unauthorized transactions confirmed by our support team.
  • Failure to access the service due to issues on our end.

5. Stripe Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Refunds, if approved, will be issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Once canceled, you will retain access for the remainder of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
