By accessing or using Reat AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by Reat AI. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

By submitting prompts, files, or custom GPTs through Reat AI, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Reat AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and process the content to provide the service.

You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights, laws, or our usage policies.

4. Subscription & Billing

Reat AI may offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis as outlined at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Reat AI to:

• Upload or generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, defame, or impersonate others
• Spread malware or disrupt system functionality
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Reat AI or its users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Reat AI platform—including logos, visuals, software, and site design—is owned or licensed by Reat AI and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse content without permission.

7. AI Model Use

Reat AI integrates third-party AI models to process your prompts. We require these providers to respect user privacy and prohibit training on user data unless you give explicit consent.

You agree not to use AI features to generate content that is illegal, misleading, or violates these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Reat AI at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or cause harm to others or the platform.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Reat AI does not guarantee that the platform will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reat AI disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Age Restrictions

Reat AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you must use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data, please contact us for removal.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification where possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve any disputes in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
